Return Policy – Nina
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization and must be accompanied by a tracking number.
Damaged items or problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it quickly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some days for the refund to be officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.
The time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Once the package is received, we will proceed with a full refund of your order.
