General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales made on the website nina.com between:
Nina S.L., whose registered office is located at 12 Rue de la République, 75001 Paris, France (hereinafter "the Seller"),
and
Any natural person making a purchase via the website (hereinafter "the Customer").
Sending an order via the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, in the event of errors or omissions, the Seller cannot be held responsible.
The product photographs are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Price
The prices indicated on the site are expressed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (including VAT).
Delivery costs are specified during the order process and added to the price of the products.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced according to the rates in force at the time of order confirmation.
4. Orders
The Customer declares to have full legal capacity to enter into purchase contracts.
Each order is considered valid only after receipt of full payment.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of disputes related to previous payments.
5. Payment
Payment can be made online via credit card, PayPal, or other methods available on the site.
All transactions are protected by secure payment systems (Shopify Payments, Stripe, etc.).
6. Delivery
Products are sent to the address indicated by the Customer during the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the shipping company and destination.
In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days from the order date, the Customer may request a refund of the amount paid.
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or impediments due to force majeure (strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, customs blockages, etc.).
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with French and European consumer protection legislation, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or incur penalties.
The Customer must communicate their decision to withdraw in writing, via e-mail to contact@nina.com
Return costs are borne by the Customer.

8. Legal Guarantees
Products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects.
In case of a non-conforming product, the Customer may request its replacement or refund.
9. Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.
The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the Customer's order.
